How to place your order?
Follow these simple steps to make a purchase:- Shop by browsing through the Ana Sekularac collection.
- Click on the image to access detailed information and images of the product of your choice.
- Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'Please add to my shopping bag' button near the desired item.
- Review the products you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items click on 'update shopping bag' and key in the new quantity.
- Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag; click the 'Continue browsing' button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it.
- Proceed to checkout and follow the instructions for payment to conclude your purchase.

Who can place an order and what happens next?
The purchase of products on the Ana Sekularac Website (“AS”) is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into contracts on the site in accordance with European law.
In order to make purchases through the Ana Sekularac Website, we will ask you to provide personal details necessary to process your purchase, such as your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other information as indicated. When placing an order, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Ana Sekularac website is available only to individuals who meet the Ana Sekularac terms. In order to make a purchase you must have been issued a valid credit card acceptable to Ana Sekularac and must authorize Ana Sekularac to process a transaction in the amount of their total order value on their credit card.
By confirming your order, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and, where we feel necessary, to transmit or to obtain information about you to or from third parties from time to time, including your credit-card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize the individual purchase transactions.
Please note that any product(s) purchased through the site are neither for re-sale nor for any other commercial purposes and only intended for personal or gift use of the buyer.
Acceptance of Order
Please note that all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an initial email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Once you have received our confirmation email stating the estimated delivery date for your order, your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, that authorization for payment has been declined or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out below. We may also refuse to process or complete a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion and will not be liable to you or any third party.
Prices
Prices shown on the site are in £ and are inclusive of UK VAT (17.5%)
Payment
Customers may pay by using their own credit or debit card or via paypal. On receipt of order, the payment will be processed and debited from the account. The card issuer will perform usual verification checks and authorization. In the event of card refusal, we are not liable for non-delivery or delay. The transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway at WorldPay. At Ana Sekularac we do not hold your credit card information.
Ana Sekularac takes all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site
International Duty and Shipping
The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. International orders are exclusive of duty and custom charges. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and you may be requested to pay additional local sales taxes at the time of deliver. Depending on your Country of residence, Ana Sekularac advices that import duty and local sales taxes may not be refundable to Non-E.U. customers wishing to return items.
Insurance
Ana Sekularac insures each order until it is delivered to you. You will be asked for your signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the products you have bought passes to you.

We will inform you about the progress of your order via email.
Returns Policy
Because you are buying the Goods by internet order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:
You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods in writing to returns@anasekularac.com clearly stating your name and address and purchased items together with a brief explanation of reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.
In any event, you may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or personalised goods
The Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:
- with both goods and all packaging in their original condition
- securely wrapped
- including our delivery slip
After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods less administrative processing fee of 20£ returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods or if order has been cancelled before goods were shipped, no later than 30 days from receipt of order cancellation. Please note that shipping costs and any international customs duties or sales taxes are not refunded.

GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item from Ana Sekularac as a gift and would like to exchange or return it, please register at our website and we will exchange it for a boutique credit which you may use for product(s) in the amount of your gift credit within 6 months of registering with us.
